A planning fee is required for social events. This fee covers our planning expertise, including event design and layout, timeline creation, vendor sourcing, and coordination. Please note that third-party vendor services (such as catering, cakes, entertainment, staffing, and specialty rentals) are not included and are billed separately.
For clients who prefer to manage vendors independently, we also offer decor-only service with access to our curated in-house inventory. Options may include balloon installations, floral styling, kids’ tables and seating, adult lounge furniture, interactive elements, and styled beverage or cocktail stations

We also provide customized event design and styling, including assistance with theme development, décor curation, and cohesive color palettes.
To ensure a smooth and well-organized process, we develop detailed timelines and manage all planning elements leading up to the event, serving as the central point of communication across all vendors.
